Jack Kingsrud is a Motion Picture/Television Agent in the Los Angeles office of Paradigm, a full service talent and literary agency with offices in Los Angeles, New York, Monterey and Nashville. Having started at Paradigm in the agency's mailroom, he quickly rose to the rank of agent. Paradigm represents a diverse group of Academy, Emmy and Golden Globe Award winning and nominated actors such as Chris Cooper, Jon Cryer, Laurence Fishburne, Dennis Franz, Andy Garcia, Teri Hatcher, Katherine Heigl, Philip Seymour Hoffman, Allison Janney, Denis Leary, Nia Long and Jay Mohr as well as literary heavyweights such as John Sayles, Ehren Kruger, DESPERATE HOUSEWIVES creator Marc Cherry, 24 creator Joel Surnow and LAW AND ORDER: SVU creator Neal Baer. Paradigm’s literary department has established itself as one of the most formidable in the industry, representing high-profile projects including 24, DESPERATE HOUSEWIVES, RESCUE ME and worldwide box-office successes CAPOTE and the SAW franchise among others.

Paradigm has developed one of the most renowned and diverse music departments in the industry. The current roster includes Coldplay, Sarah Mclachlan, The Fray, Barenaked Ladies, Franz Ferdinand, Dido, Snow Patrol, Avril Lavigne, Scissor Sisters, David Gray, Aerosmith, The Black Crowes, Black Eyed Peas, Dave Matthews Band, and Toby Keith.

Jack primarily works with film/TV talent, but his interest in music has led him to representing musical acts as well, and he has successfully crossed over musicians into the film and television world.
